Please be aware that all information is listed on each Product Description such as materials used to make our products, turnaround time, etc. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that all names are spelled correctly for personalized jewelry before an order is submitted. If there are any mistakes, they must be corrected within 24 hours of an order being submitted. We are not responsible for any customer mistakes in misspelling. We will ONLY fix any mistakes made on our end.
We ask that all customers are aware of allergies due to metals. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions. As stated, all materials used are stated on each Product Description. Please read before placing an order.
