Processing Time
It takes within 7-35 Business Days for all orders to process successfully. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from our processing time. Once an order is ready, customers will receive an email with Tracking Information letting them know that their orders have been shipped.
Every single customer will receive a tracking number in order to track their packages. Please make sure that all shipping and personal information is correct at checkout before submitting your order. Tracking information is sent to Email ONLY!

Shipping
Once an order is ready, customers will receive tracking information via email letting them know that their order is being prepared for shipment. We advise customers to wait at least 3-5 days after receiving tracking information to let their tracking numbers update in the mail carriers system. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Customers will have to contact the mail carriers customer service line and provide them with their tracking number for further assistance.
